These Partner Terms apply when your company switches on AI Jobs in the TrafWise portal and receives traffic control requests through the TrafWise AI Network. They add to the TrafWise Terms of Service. The owner or an admin who switches on AI Jobs confirms they may accept these terms for the company.
1. Who can join
- A TrafWise company account in good standing, and an active Australian Business Number.
- Workers who hold current traffic control tickets for the states you work in, and compliance with the traffic management laws and standards of those states.
- Current public liability insurance (we recommend at least $20 million) and workers' compensation insurance. We may ask for certificates at any time.
2. How jobs are sent
Each customer request goes to up to three Partners whose chosen states and services fit the job, in rotation. We don't guarantee any number or type of jobs. You choose your states and services and can change them or pause AI Jobs at any time in the portal.
3. Your responsibilities
- Respond promptly: aim to contact the customer, or mark the request as declined, within one business day.
- Quote clearly, including GST, and only do work the customer has agreed to.
- Provide the service safely and lawfully, with the plans, permits and crews the job needs.
- Use customer details only to respond to and carry out that job, and handle them in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Don't add customers to marketing lists without their consent.
4. Pricing, payment and fees
You set your prices and invoice the customer directly; TrafWise is not a party to your contract with the customer and doesn't handle job payments. There are no lead fees or commissions on AI jobs during the launch period. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice in writing before introducing any fee, and you can switch AI Jobs off before it applies.
5. Relationship
You are an independent business, not our employee or agent, and there is no exclusivity either way. You may not present yourself as TrafWise.
6. Quality and suspension
We may pause or remove AI Jobs for your company if customers complain about safety, conduct or unanswered requests, or if you don't meet these terms. We'll tell you why where we reasonably can.
7. Liability and indemnity
You are responsible for the services you provide. To the extent the law allows, TrafWise is not liable for losses arising from jobs you take on, and you indemnify TrafWise against claims arising from your services, your crews or your breach of these terms.
8. Changes, leaving and law
You can leave at any time by switching off AI Jobs. We may update these terms with notice in the portal or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
