Who does the traffic control?
Independent, accredited traffic control companies in the TrafWise AI Network. TrafWise passes your request on; the company you choose provides the service and is responsible for it.
How much does it cost?
Using TrafWise is free. The traffic control company quotes you directly, based on crew size, hours, equipment, plans and permits, and you only pay them if you accept.
How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give. Jobs that need a TMP or road occupancy permit usually need 5 to 10 business days for council or state road authority approval. Short-notice jobs are passed on straight away.
Where do you operate?
We accept requests worldwide. The automatic partner network currently covers Australian states. Elsewhere, our team follows up manually to check local provider availability. A request does not guarantee a crew or booking.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes: ask your assistant to update or cancel your request, or reply to your confirmation email. Once a crew is booked, the company's own cancellation terms apply.
